BOARD MEETING
October 11, 2022
Present – John Ring, Robert Akin, Allen Love, Mike Pruett Absent- Roger Brock, Paul Cartledge
Called to order – Robert Akin called to order at 6:05pm, approval of minutes for September 23, 2022, John Ring motioned, Allen Love seconded, all agreed.
PUBLIC INPUT: Present- Doug Kessler, Ronald Long, Jim Peak and Renee Peak

REPORTS:
OPERATIONS:
· Per Doug Kessler, no major leaks reported, 2 taps being installed on cabin creek
FINANCIALS:
· Books are balanced, PayPal account is being deposited into bank account, bank errors being resolved. Ring motioned, Love second and Akin motion to carry
OLD BUSINESS:
· Verizon tracker update is that the trackers are being reshipped due to being shipped to wrong address
· Maps-Kevin GSI- GA Rural
NEW BUSINESS:
· Fee increases motion by Love, all in favor
· Mike Pruett- Bylaws for absent member John Ring will get language from city
· Leave Consolidation passed to add 4 personal days a year (1- 8-hour day a quarter) to sick leave
OTHER:
· Jesus Saves Plan reviewed on screen, Ronald Long gave new quote of 12,990.00 labor cost to complete job in 3 weeks if granted with 3 payments. Jim Peak voiced that he would like NWA to cover cost of his side due to agreement made 30+ years ago, Peak was advised that anything from the meter to the church is his responsibility. There was a motion to table this project by Love, second by Ring, all in favor
There was a motion by Akin to adjourn. There was a second by Love. All members agreed. The motion carried and meeting was ended at 7:04pm.
